Shipping Info

If you use a PO Box, APO, or FPO shipping address, please select Priority Mail as shipping method. Fedex and UPS do not deliver to those addresses.

For general shipments to Hawaii please use Priority Mail rather than Fedex Ground. Too many trucks sink when they leave the beach here. For time sensitive shipments use Fedex express.

We Ship internationally by International Priority Mail and Fedex  International. The Postal Service options are generally the most economical, but not always the speediest. Fedex can get it there faster, with tracking, and Much higher fees. We will ship it as you wish, but recommend Postal service if time is not of the essence, Fedex if it is. Heavy items, such as hammock stands, are not shipped internationally, or to APO and FPO type addresses. We do ship Hammock stands to Canada via Fedex Int. Ground. Rates will vary from the Fedex rates posted on the site, and customs duties and brokerage through Fedex Trade are high, and you will be billed separately for them by Fedex..

The fees that display as you order are estimates only. We will calculate exact fees after the shipment is packed, and adjust accordingly. You may request a quote before we ship.

You may or may not have Duty and import taxes imposed by your government. These are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping costs we collect.
